RCFSF is a not-for-profit organization. We catalyze investment in smallholder farming initiatives that mainly target the improvement of rural livelihoods. We involve government agencies, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, and private companies/agribusinesses in addressing sustainability in smallholder farming by leveraging their resources promoting environmental conservation, rural development, and food security. We promote agriculture-related technologies like precision farming, agroe cology, organic farming, biotechnology, resource optimization, and environmental mitigation.
At RCFSF, we embody the principle that wealth creation, economic freedom, and equal opportunity can coexist. We promote the belief that smallholder farmers can be free and equal while pursuing long-term economic growth and well-being. We are experienced in designing gender-sensitive and environmentally friendly pro-smallholder farmers' agricultural productivity-enhancing interventions, especially those targeted at women and youth.
We prioritize quality over quantity. We foster relationships aligned with our goals and vision, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. We identify and nurture relationships that contribute to specific objectives. Our strategic approach is identifying network gaps and imbalances and forming intentional relationships to bridge them while creating equitable and inclusive networks that integrate diverse voices and perspectives for equal opportunities.
