The Research Centre for Smallholder Farmers (RCFSF) is a dedicated not-for-profit organization established in September 2023 to address the critical challenges facing smallholder farmers, particularly low agricultural productivity. Our mission is to empower smallholder farmers by leveraging cutting-edge science, advanced technology, innovative practices, and collaborative efforts.
We focus on enhancing rural livelihoods through sustainable agricultural practices, improved access to markets, and the promotion of environmental conservation. By fostering partnerships with government agencies, academic institutions, non-governmental organizations, and private agribusinesses, RCFSF aims to create a resilient and knowledge-driven farming sector that ensures food security, economic freedom, and equal opportunities for all smallholder farmers.
